Steampunk Hypodermic Necklace

This beautiful necklace doubles up as an automated hypodermic syringe. Carried around the neck it appears as an innocent piece of jewelry, but encounter an enemy or worse a vampire, and it can deliver a deadly does of Silver Nitrate. It can also collect a sample of vampire venom and formulate an antidote.
