Steampunk Cyborg Goggles More

These goggles are equiped with a lense capable of detecting enemy combatants in multiple spectrums of light waves. The canon over the left eye has multiple elctrode that channel a single beam at the enemy once they have been located. The beam is capable of a range of different degrees of damage; from stunning the assailant, to a total disruption of all their molecules. It has a firing range of 500 meters, but can be set to send out a blinding pulse of light to a much further distance, in order to give the wearer the disadvantage over his nemesis. This would allow him time to dodge enemy fire and jump through a time fissure then, a few seconds later reappear for the kill.
