Well, I can't say I really like the goggles; you had such a great, Victorian, authentically "steampunk" design with the domino mask, but adding goggles is overdone (just like "slapping gears on something makes it steampunk"). If I may be so bold, I would HIGHLY recommend removing the goggles (nobody wore them in Victorian times, not unless they were welding something, and Batman doesn't weld, he fights people). Instead, I would recommend putting gilded Victorian "curly-cue" embellishments around the eyes and on the head, similar to being embroidered.
